The building is now inhabitable by anyone because all water and electricity had to be turned off per the Fire Marshall and until all repairs are done.

If the place was truly inhabitable during the infestation, the tenant always has the right to vacate until it is resolved, this is when renter's insurance could have possibly helped.

Here are some details:Purchase price: $318,250.00ConventionalCurrent Interest rate: 4.50000% - Current Balance: $313,115.87Upgrades:1) Remodeled both full bathrooms2) New vinyl flooring on main floor and top floor (1,200 square feet)3) Painted the entire house and added baseboard throughout and crown molding in some rooms4) Fully Finished entire basement and added a 1/2 bath to the basement (basement was previously inhabitable and unfinished) 5) Added French drain and sump pump in the new basement Comps in my neighborhood are $360k - $390k.Any thoughts?

Among other issues, It has a horrendous electrical system - a jerry-rigged mix of ungrounded fuse boxes and k&t wiring that poses a threat to inhabitants and the landlord's pocketbook.

But she has always been so nasty to me every time something goes wrong in her property that's of her responsibility. yes i kind of snap and told her i would be pursuing legal actions and further investigation of her property to ensure its inhabitable bc there is also a mice infestation I've had every year (which i also notified her about and she told me i was the one attracting them and it was apart of life, when i asked other neighbors they said they were going through the same thing too) she told me to no longer contact her via message or phone because it was considered harassment and that she was terminating my month to month lease and gave me 30 days, my rent is in good standing, but my A/C is still broken.
