FHA rules on renting out rooms.
I have an FHA on my house that I live in and I wanted to know if I can rent out 2 of my rooms. I haven't seen any definite answers on Google. I know you can rent out a unit if you have a duplex but I have a single family house and trying to figure out a way to make profit from it while under FHA.

As an FHA borrower, you will sign a form agreeing to move into the home within a certain time period and live in that property as your primary residence. But as long as you do that, you can rent out part of the property (i.e. rooms).
