I have long thought that the NAR as well as State and Local Boards and MLS’s that I have been a member of were bureaucratic cash grabs that existed solely to employ those among us that were not talented enough to actually sell real estate.

It's absurd that agents think they should grab 5-6% of every deal, just as absurd when they compare themselves to doctors and lawyers. 

My business motto is: whenever you have a good business opportunity, grab it.

Wholesaling and flipping grabbed my attention first as I do not have much money saved up to invest myself.

We had tenants(4 girls) for a year who just moved out from our  house in Kirkland(Washington state).

I grabbed the contract and offered 100k less, and got it, Talk about timing.

I'm sure they are exhausted and my baby girl is pist.

So that’s a quick and easy way to grab 50k if you need it on a moment’s notice.

but if you want to grab coffee or something in central tokyo, I'd be down.
