I actively pursued personal growth by enrolling in college and graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University (January 2025).

This isn't like having to pay for a college degree or some certificate.  

How we are mitigating the high rates to some degree is that once we have a property under contract, we solicit interest rate buy down options from multiple lenders and go with the lowest rate.

No degrees but a degree in hard knocks is nothing to ignore.
