Looking to diversify

Roger Morales
Posted

I'm pulling $ out of a multifamily in NYC that has no mortgage. I'm looking in Jacksonville FL for multi-family properties. Does anyone have any suggestions of other cities (in the Southeast preferably) where there may be decent numbers ... Price vs taxes/insurance vs rents attainable ?

Hey @Roger Morales

We should connect. These cross my desk pretty often.

I may have a multi-family you might be interested in. The owner is out of the country for the next week but would love to connect you.

I think the best areas to consider in FL would be Orlando and Tampa for multi-family.
