Similar to my message above to Hanon, we've made great change to give clients a better experience.

Good luck trying to replicate that across multiple markets.If a market is working for you and aligns with your goals, why change it up?

Was wondering if I could turn one of my spaces into an assisted living multi-tenant facility as it’s in a great area for it and can be changed with a reasonable rehab.

How do you prove the change?

Be ready and willing to change locks and give remaining tenants a key3.

By all means give them a note on how to use all of the appliances (eg clean out the lint trap on the drier after each load, do not use dish soap in a dishwasher, change the furnace filter regularly, etc).

There are so many variables and some of the biggest misunderstandings come from regional variances on how these variables are handled (mortgages & financing especially).I had thought progressing towards multifamily and then commercial was the obvious path to follow, but one conversation changed it all.

If you do say South Korea it’s a fast process because the above type issues are already taken care of.6.  

But I digress…I am feeling hopeful that government can get its butt in gear and make meaningful change, both in size and complexity, with help from both sides of the aisle.
