From what I understand it basically involves getting rid of or cleaning any fabrics/carpets, then cleaning all surfaces, I think the cleaning solution is called TSP or something like that.

I do agree that "Manufactured Homes" are too boxy looking and don't offer much in the way of eyeball or curb appeal.For my purpose I'm seeking experienced designers, engineers, fabricators, marketing, advertising and sales organizations that I can network and/or contract with that can provide me with product and generate leads that my crews and I can contract, facilitate, expedite and complete on the literally hundreds of thousands of existing homes that meet the criteria for this.

Waste of time and money.Wouldn't do cash for keys as it could be seen as a payoff or (hush-hush) money to the tenant in exchange for the problems (real or fabricated) that the tenant brought up.My experience with evictions in the court is a judge asks the tenant ( If the conditions were unsafe then WHY did you not choose to move somewhere else?

Hi, I was reading @Brandon Turner book on Rental Property Investing that you can ask the seller for their tax return ( in order to see the least fabricated profit from a rental property); however, I asked my RE agent for the sellers tax return and they said I am not legally allowed to see them, and that it was the seller's private information.
