Yes we target NRD1 and NRD2 zone as well as downtown, little river, etc.

It's not in a super prime area, but it's in a nice suburb 15 min from downtown/all the good stuff.

Downtown Tampa is the business hub and you cannot go wrong if your looking to get a job and be in the mix.

What a nightmare:1) Lack of transparency and inconsistencies in their internal policies so it is difficult to get proper help from their "Success" team when they give conflicting information.2) We are listed as a quiet retreat space as an alternative the raucous downtown Nashville scene.

There are also areas around OSU and north of downtown like Westerville that are B areas and will always be solid areas to invest in.
