This can be used as a hand-out after a visit and can have the realtors name and contact info on it, square foot or dimensions of rooms, or any other customization.

Tenants only see the appearance factor, from my experience in the sub $1500 market, so, I dont overdo anything if it can be avoided.With countertops, I had some luck with cheap granite - found a guy who sold me for cheap but that was only because his wife didnt like the color he ordered and it was close to the dimensions I was looking for.
