As investors, we're always looking for the property that will be our next big diamond in the rough.

All the facts I see shows me there is a chance that the owner could be in distress.I am trying to map out a plan of actions as this looks like a diamond in the rough for a beginner like myself but my questions:   Can I wholesale receivership properties? 

We used to live in Orange County and moved to Diamond Bar a few years ago.

They usually meet the 3rd Thursday of each month but confirm on the website if you plan to attend an upcoming meeting as (very rarely) sometimes they have to do a different day.Also your profile says you're from Boston so if you do anything in Mass I'd recommend the Black Diamond Real Estate Investors group (blackdiamondrei.com) as they are also a good size and helpful (and, like RIREIG, don't try to sell you stuff :)
