Hey bigger pockets community, I am reaching out to; and interested in getting to know anyone in the Providence, RI area who is currently active in real estate. I am a wholesaler looking to expand in the Providence, RI area. Looking for any advice about the area also any referrals for any investors, realtors, wholesalers, and hard money lenders in the Rhode Island area. I greatly appreciate the advice and help in advance.
