Other areas, such as downtown Blowing Rock, are always packed because of the cute shops shops and such, but again, the main attractions are hiking and biking.

Graphic Designer both have very little debt Both have clean criminal ect...And have been in their current separate rentals for over 2 years each.  

I am developing my skills with 3D photography/tours as well as graphic design and digital marketing.Any ideas on whether I should live for free in Lake Tahoe and work as a real estate agent in a competitive/low volume market or move back down to my college town of Santa Barbara and pay rent while building a real estate career there?

The house is cute just no pizazz with that color scheme.

Cons: bedroom is very small (will fit a queen bed, but not a king), no dishwasher or laundry.I never had trouble renting it (it really was a cute place) but putting the negatives in the ad helped cut down on useless showings.

I've used both for doing marketing pieces, graphics, logos etc.
