You have the means to purchase and intend to offer owner financing (you) to the buyers of your lots.That sounds pretty straight forward as long as you are able to carry the loans and deal with any defaults.I don't have a background in raw land deals, so that's all I got.Thanks for the feedback and I will keep these things in mind as I move forward.

Looking forward to your insightsThere are probably many ways to go from $12 million annually to $60 million annually.  

Maybe run this by your real estate attorney before moving forward. 

If your project incurs losses, they can help determine if those losses offset your other income or if they are carried forward.

Thanks for sharing this, I will be mindful of this myself when moving forward. 

Like you said, I do believe you'll see more firms with "all services under one roof" moving forward.
