This is a very cold approach as you don't know who you are door knocking and can be very time consuming.Whereas my new approach I know almost everything about the person I am about to meet behind the door, and hope my presence will get them interested in selling.

However, I could see how some people who aren't as self motivated, could join and then sit around for months without a clue of what to do as nobody is there to spoon feed it to you or demand your presence at a given time. 

The location of your QI does not matter as long as they have a national presence and demonstrated experience.

@Ray Gayk, let me first disclose that I am not a Spokane guy so I truly do not know these individuals on a personal level I only know them through their BP presence. 

I would definitely get the domain name you want and keep it in case these platforms get screwy and you need an internet presence.

Look to see if there is an online presence.

Redfin has a smaller presence with ~0.7% of the market according to it CEO and in our area it is preferred by more device savvy techies and had ~2% of MLS role based on MLS.
