Do you have real estate background?

As you can appreciate with your background your audience creates your experience as an investor.PS I am in camp SF, because I wanted the least amount of effort while I am traveling, which used to be for my corporate job, It's for pleasure and we take 6 trips every year with little to no issues

For example, I mention that every adult must pay a $30 application fee, pass my credit/criminal background, make a combined income of 3x the rent, and whether or not the property accepts pets.

I just sent you a message as well, but I've done my fair share of work with Section 8 as well as work with a good amount of agents who also have Section 8 background.

I realize that my full background was not stated well prior to seeking help and apologize.

A little background though...last spring we finished a long renovation by mid-May and didn't get the house listed on AirBNB and Vrbo until early June, which was much later than we were planning, and we still filled the rest of the weekends for the summer.  

In other words a seriously capitalized entraprenour with an extensive background in construction.

I come from a background of buying dental offices, and if you don't have 3 years income to compare you cant' really tell how things are going for that particular office.
