Other than renting it out to the Hells Angels I would like to run some kind of a fake ad or something.

Since I've been uning this for the past couple of years I have never put up a sign or ad or anything.

I would so appreciate anyone willing to take a minute or two to give me an idea of what I'm looking at:  Genuine ad or bait-and-switch, list-generator, etc.

People are coming to also see the water falls, adorable small towns to walk through, and the Blue Ridge.

My husband and I like a house with a huge yard that my German shepherd moo moo adores.

When I go to roll by a property, its either (at best) not the right address according to the ad, or (at worst) not even there.

Give them something smaller to start and see if they'll prove themselves.Angies list I personally think is a joke, they charge a good chunk of change which limits who's on there and as we all know the more you spend the more you charge.Craigslist is hit or miss, I'll answer an ad or two when I'm on looking for other stuff to buy but don't really look for work on there.
