Hello everyone,

I'm Alishea looking forward to purchasing my first Rental Property in the next few months. I have been working on my credit for the past year after I bought this sfh and rehabbed it.

I want to get my feet wet in rental properties through out middle ga first then branch out. There's something about taking an ugly house and turning it into a beautiful cash duckling that gets me excited. Lol

I just wanted to say hello and I'm looking to meet other investors especially in middle Georgia to network with.
