My tenents are required by contract to also keep the yard neat and weed free, trees trimmed to 8' above sidewalk, etc, (that's in the contract) or they can be evicted.

When I walked through the house to look at it the dogs definitely used the bathroom in the garage and chewed up 75% of the trim throughout the house and my dogs while inside by themselves they ate through the drywall in a few places in the house and this is where my biggest concern is that mold from the dogs urinating on the walls and the moisture seeping in and not being noticed and mold growing from there.
