That will be plan C.I normally get most of my business from VRBO at top dollar.I have lowered the price some due to the situation and I have been tearing it up from the bargain shoppers and non planner's on Airbnb.So I am happy for the moment but want to get back to the higher paying VRBO customers.

There is not really a "best" niche my good feller.If you are a good planner, and you can organize a crew and set deadlines and stay within budget... flipping would be good for you.If you are a good sales person, you will be really good at wholesaling.What are your strengths, what are your weaknesses... your best niche depends on that.

I am working with clients in San Diego and Florida and I need to hire the equivalent of a Town Planner (Australian professional) who will work with the client and walk them through the subdivision, zoning, code, property appraisal, residential building options, etc.
