I'm buying a 20 unit motel that will be converted to extended stay and expect guests to stay month to month, and beyond. 

Willing to extend benefit of the doubt to someone packing up shakers (not paying attention), and yes, all this is small beans and easily replaced.

@Jieun KimCaywoodIn general your plan can work, but be careful about over-extending yourself financially.  

The individual investments may say it’s a 6 month term but the majority of time the borrower or builder needs to extend the term 1 or 2 months but that’s no problem I get a late fee plus more monthly interest.  

If they extend past that, then we go month-to-month.

However, I was wondering if that exemption would extend to funds rolled into the 401k from an existing IRA. 

I'm wanting to offer my guests a discount for extending their stay, or coming in a day earlier, to help cover one night gaps in my calendar.

Most often it's either they have developed from 0 and are now willing to sell at sky high multiple, meaning your going to struggle to make money as you will need everything to run great for an extended time horizon....

Hey @Chris Furry, so most of our guests head out early before actual check out.We do offer an extended check out time depending on if it is a back to back.
