One of my goals for 2022 is to attend a Maui Mastermind.

@Sam Trulli  I would say if you have that much money look into joining a mastermind!!! 

There are also a lot of local mastermind groups that have started to form.

Honestly, most of the partnership masterminding has been done via local meetups and REIAs. 

Would they benefit from a new mastermind group of entrepreneurs where they can be edified as THE go-to Real Estate professional? 

I should be around for the next mastermind.

The industry is also changing fast with new resources and efficiencies coming each year so staying up to date is not going to happen in booksCheck out 300-3000 a podcast by the great guys at Evernest or Property management Mastermind by Brad Larson who is an industry leader.
