for one, all-inclusive price, you could provide a private bedroom, free internet and cable, access to kitchen and bathroom, private parking, close to school, safe, clean, etc.

doors - if outside doors=350 a door or inside doors=125 (or the cheapie 35) per door no labor.washer/dryer - just the electric cables 20 each no laborkitchen outlets - just GFI is 20 each. no laborpaint/knobs - 1.50 each knob. no laborfaucet - decent one 80-150. no laborplastic lining - no ideadetectors - either batteries or new detector at 10 to 49 eachgarage door - 1 hour labor cost for Atlantaoutside cleaning - 300 to 500 for cleaning.Do not misunderstand me, you can get the job done by yourself cheaper, but hiring two guys and the cost of materials is surprise.

From redfin link, it stated that tenant will pay cable, electricity, gas/propane so i left those values blank.- Vacancy (5%), Repairs/Maintenance (5%), Cap Ex(10%) , Prop mangment (10%)- Annual growth (1%), Annual PV growth (1%), Annual Expense growth (1%), Sales Expenses (9%)Do you have any advice on how I can gather more accurate numbers?

So what is average rent for that size condo.. in your area.split it by 3 and you have the answer,, or close to it. add on's would be internet, cable, utilities, and if washer dyer is in unit, and if garage space is available.
