Instead of having to disconnect the planks to replace the damaged piece, you can use a heat gun to peel up the single plank and glue a new one back down.

A similar post by Dave Krulac about most real estate investors only owning a single property hinted to there being a disconnect between the perception that there are many people out there building small real estate empires vs. maybe the truth that there are many people out there building tiny real estate investments that they overpaid for and run poorly.Just pondering if we have enough data on these boards to come up with anything that fosters discussion.

You should be able to get the quick disconnect on to the hose and you would need a shut off valve for the line.

He was using 4 large bath towels to try and soak up the water.The flood was so bad it had soaked a mat in the garage below – right through the floor/ceiling.He could not get the water disconnect to fully shut off.
