I'm a property manager in Butler County, Ohio and am sooooo tired of not being able to either find previous deadbeat tenants or my attorney not being aggressive enough going after people.

@Edgar Butler Jr the real question to ask is, how long do you intend to hold the debt (HELOC/Cash out Refi).

Butler county is among the top 3 counties in Ohio for job growth, so plenty of demand.  

Some rich people prefer to carry their own trash to the curb for recycling rather than ask their butler to do it for them.I want to thank you for alerting me to this blogger, however.
