I don't know where you plan to practice medicine but falling in love with Ashburn when you have to drive daily to [name any DC metro city not in Loudoun County] could be hellish. 

One was made by the wife, but when the cops showed up she said it was a reaction to her medicine and she didn't need their help anymore.

We have one house that the 2nd full bath takes up less than 18 square feet of floor space - 32" shower, tiny vanity and a toilet, with an inset medicine cabinet and a couple of hanging shelves for towels and toilet paper.

DIY took about 2 months and I got out of shape and felt as I wasn’t growing due to not reading/podcasts/studying medicine.

My husband is a busy internal medicine doctor and I work the back office of his practice (payroll, human resources, accounts receivable, etc.)

I'm currently a veterinary medicine student at the University of Arizona and brand new to the world of real estate investing.
