Real Estate Interested Novice in Albuquerque, NM
Hello everyone, my name is Scott Watkins and I've been reading voraciously for the past two months about investing in real estate. I am applying to Osteopathic Medical Schools with the intention of becoming a doctor and investing in real estate part-time for retirement. I am interested in flipping houses through medical school and (maybe) residency, with an intention to BRRR later on. I feel as though I am ready to jump into my first deal, perhaps from a wholesaler, but my greatest concern is that I don't know where in the country I will be in six months. So, any advice on weather I should jump in to find a deal now vs. wait until I get to my four-year destination is greatly appreciated.
