In addition - as the wealte gap widens in the coming years -  calls for UBI (Universal Basic Income) among the poor will be overwhelming. 

My time is spent waiting for prospective renters to hopefully arrive at showings, answering calls from Craigslist and responding to inquiries on Facebook Marketplace all the while getting lambasted for the monthly rent.I own one unit among the many and I’m not asking you to feel sorry for me, I am just writing to provide some perspective.

Saw this article saying the new bedford and fall river markets are among the lowest ranked according to these standards.

And among the stallions it's common to see brand new kitchens and baths, flooring and fittings, etc. 

@Scott Meyers yes, I've read a bit about self storage and definitely consider that among the investments to consider.  

The only way we've found to keep everyone accountable and on task without having to line our desks up is to use a software/app that will distribute the tasks among the team, with due dates and the ability to hold conversation from within the software/app.

Among the factors you could consider if you're looking for appreciation:* Markets with strong net population growth (here are some Census data graphs of population by MSA)* Markets where incomes are increasing (personal income data by MSA)* Markets where there's limited new housing supply being created (you could compare monthly building permits by MSA to total households by MSA)Here's a full guide on how to analyze a market.

My conclusion is that there's a greater likelihood for a great experience when you book far in advance, when you're not shopping among the cheapest deals, and when you don't filter out much of the options for a special request.
