Hey everyone - I'm wondering how/what you budget for maintenance and repairs with a 12 month lease vs. what you budget for maintenance and repairs for airBnB/short term rentals? Does anyone have context for how much more the maintenance and repairs are for SDR's more than 12 month leases?
