Emotional support letters are from health care professionals such as therapist, social worker, member of peer support group, parent or child.

We've rented to a couple of Physical Therapists, a Nurse Practitioner, an Optometrist and currently have a travel nurse and her digital nomad finacee in our 1/1 unit. 

My day job is being a travel Respiratory Therapist which I enjoy but my goal is to only do it full time for 10 years, then maybe go PRN.

Have lived in and out of Burlington since going to UVM and graduating in 2008.I work as a therapist for a home health company and looking to real estate to diversity my investments portfolio and generate cash flow in order to give me and my family options in the future in regards to how we want to spend our time.

Particularly in areas that align with these policies, we could witness a surge in housing activities and investments, energizing both the buyer and seller sides of the market.

Tons of outside capital, energized by falling interest rates, started buying houses to rent, taking them out of the pool of available homes for regular people to buy. 

It would be great to hear from the community in terms of their opinion on turnkey vs. the specter of having to identify an out of state property, go through the purchase process, make it rent ready and then market for  a tenant.Regardless of how my foray into real estate investment pays out, it is always re-energizing to get on Bigger Pockets and absorb the wealth of knowledge available here.

Needless to say, I am energized about this journey and look forward to all the connections I make along the way! 

As a therapist I've seen this a lot, I'd say inspire the guy through your actions and happiness.
