It is currently being bought up by a celebrity (not sure I can name him so I won't) looking to put in a tequila bar/speakeasy.

Remember I'm talking about small rural towns/communities where everyone knows everyone, there are no tourists, this not Lake Como where George likes to sip his tequila with friends.

It was a common event for them to order pizza, drink tequila and throw up out the upstairs window.

Buy mode, sell mode, enjoy Tequila mode.Dont let them tell you what they did. 

Sip some Tequila from Tito's too (made locally) or any of the other very good local beverages while  enjoying yourself, but not too much.
