Road Trip,  Blowing through your town next week. Arriving Monday 12/14.  DH has event at at MCC on Tuesday 12/15 (Democracy, Pubic Deliberation, Climate Change....yawn).  We are out of there on Wednesday 12/16.

Pick my brain on:  probate, estates, tax defaults, working with distressed sellers and motivated sellers.
