The problem is he has no idea if any of them are worth anything and has now the impossible task of sifting through thousands of items, most of it probably trash, but how do you know without looking up each single one?

The common theme here in BP is ... all the info you need is here for free, which it is.For some people who works 40 + hours per week and wants to get out of that  9-5 asap, they may not want to take the time to sift through all threads, pod casts and such, these courses may be a more time efficient way plus from what I seen they off money back Guarantees.

you could look for opportunities with reverse mortgages in default (backwards marketing) and tax defaulted property (the last group can be difficult to sift and sort due to large quantities).In the end, you’ll do much better focusing on solving problems that others cannot or are not willing to solve (hoarding, squatters, liquidity, defective title, skips, etc.).BTW, I started with working foreclosures (1978) and then deceased owner and title-impaired property about (35) years ago and have closed several thousand deals to date.
