I would consider leaving it in the "Library / Study" for the scholarly types that might drop in.

Renters are charged one fee for rent, board and utilities.I don't know if they use a standard lease, but since they generally rent to college students (grad/undergrad and visiting scholars) who attend their church there is a general understanding.

I remember Brandy Alexanders on the beach in Nicosia back in the mid 70's & apart from their political issues at the time with Greece both seemed to be a thriving economies.But unsustainable debt & the following should be a wake up call to any scholar of GDP regardless of the size of the respective economy !!!

I have a visiting scholar interested in renting one of my apartments.

We actually designed it thinking we would rent to visiting scholars by the semester but there aren't that many visiting scholars during the summer.

I know I live in a very unique MTR environment with more universities within walking distance of all of my properties than anyone else on this continent, but I do want to add to the list of potential tenants, visiting scholars.If your property is near a university or college, visiting scholars are also potential tenants for fully furnished MTRs.

There is a good scholarly book I would like to recommend maybe I have mentioned it here on these forums before, so sorry if this is repetitive.
