And don't even get me started on the companies that have set up their own personal pyramid schemes by offering free management for years or forever...

Sounds like a pyramid scheme...Also, I found out that one of the person here is one of the leaders of ********************.

This isn't a "women's essential oils" MLM or "men's fitness protein shake" pyramid scheme. 

I suspect that there is usually large construction vehicles on the statue but the statue is so big, and the viewing is so far away, that it is hard to notice the construction vehicles.I have seen great cathedrals, great pyramids (Tikal among others), great buildings (Empire state building), great structures (Eifel Tower, Holt antenna array, Washington Monument, Old wall of Dobrovnik), other pretty good statues (mt Rushmore).  

The development of the Pyramid into Bass Pro, development of Overton Square and Crosstown is a game changer for that area.  

I typically pyramid up my property every five years, pulling out money in the process to make other deals.
