Hey everyone, for my first flip, is a fire damaged house worth it (purchase price 40k-50k 3br).

I am a complete rookie to the real estate scene, I am looking to house hack for my first residence out of college.

I was in a similar situation for my second house hack.

We are looking at a house that is being auctioned next week in Gulf Shores.

The front end can sometimes be tedious to get approved by the local housing authority, but rent payments are always timely.

In order to help finance the care, we are currently renting house and foresee needing to draw equity from it in the future.
