That fisheye lens or panoram you are using distorts the room sizes. 

I know there are quite a few camera's (mine included) out there that have panoramic 3D as part of their Operating System, however, I haven't really had the time to spend learning it, so this really grabbed my attention. 

I had a house near a freeway, but beyond the freeway were panoramic views of downtown ... it was priced under the same type of property with no views and no freeway ... the views were great so I thought it was a good trade.

We now had panoramic water views from all the major rooms in the house.

There are no trees to mask the view of the tombstones which start about 5 feet from the back fence, including a panoramic view of the entire cemetery.  

Gatlinburg area is super profitable, but when I take closer look, 600 k + properties with panoramic mountain views are killing it, and a 300 k property would be a disaster.Looking very closely into the Wilmington and North Charleston markets, potentially Myrtle beach as well.Is there best practice on the minimum number of active listings in an area to deem it viable, or is perhaps a small market better as I can make a 350 k property pop?

This maritime setting is picturesque with panoramic views of the ocean, rolling fields and Smutty Nose Island.

In so many deals, I come across other investors who look at deals through a scope instead of a panoramic camera.
