I smell trouble coming. lolYou are not insensitive, they are picky and overreacting.

So until it really posts to the landlord's account it's not guaranteed payment just because they started the transaction and an email was sent.Now, many of you may think I am being rigid,  difficult and insensitive. 

Hi @Jordan MoorheadI welcome all lectures at this stage of my learning curb... common decency goes a long way especially in sensitive situations where you are asking someone to move out of a place (they hopefully like) that they've called home over a decade and have been paying next to nothing.

Not trying to be politically correct or insensitive, just stating what I remember.  

He was just an insensitive moron for a moment.

She was a wonderful person and lived alone but willed it to her children.As a Financial Advisor and Real Estate agent I want to give guidance and help out and I don't want to seem insensitive asking her daughter what she intends to do with the property but I know it won't take long for other investors to swarm in.I want to genuinely help her daughter. 

Most borrowers are relatively insensitive to a point or percent and understand the value of the relationship.

Not to ignore the terrible devastation or meaning to be insensitive, is it OK to ask in this forum,  how something like this effects a real estate market?

I was aware that people could themselves request a criminal records check if they were working in sensitive positions such as with children.

How could I be so heartless and insensitive?
