To be pretend bankrupt after laying off his own employees and when he has investors that probably were stressed out about it... also pretty insensitive considering many business owners and citizens are struggling with their own financial troubles and makes light of it a bit by saying just kiddin I am still rich!

In my models, I have expenses (less mortgage payments) track the same number so I find the total rate of return to be relatively insensitive to this number.

There are only three instances where it makes sense to buy solar panels for your house.1 - You are living off grid. 2 - You live in a state that has sky high electric costs AND great tax insensitive.3 - You have lots of money, don't care if you are paying more, and want to feel like you are saving the planet (even though you really are not).
