You find the person who makes decisions bout the property and ask "what are your plans for the house?" 

I would be spending much more every month if I house hack, even if I rent out other units/rooms.

But you have to remember that house hacking is such a powerful strategy that naturally it's gonna have a few obstacles

I don't think Danbury is a big house hack market, but I could be wrong.
