Liability covers losses like leaving candles burning, house burned down because of their negligence, etc....Water in the basement not due to flood is most often an excluded risk, whether you are a tenant or a homeowner or a landlord. 

It sounds like they are trying to drum up business for candle/Tupperware/essential oil/Mary Kay parties, (the list is endless) or religious activities where all might not be welcome.

Once the new year hit, almost everything was being bought up.Imo, the quality of most of these homes on the market now don't hold a candle to the ones being sold 2 and 3 years ago.

I have BRRR-ed almost a dozen units in Atlanta, and not one lender holds a candle to this amazing woman.

The guy also has a candle, and I'm terrified he'll accidentally burn the place down one night.
