Slightly leaning towards single family dwelling but can be swayed with the right data.I've lived in Sarasota,FL and wasn't overly impressed by the market there and given my Australian heritage, I'm a little over the whole coastal/retirement villages for the snowbirds. 

I have no family-oriented background in real estate but I have a personal aim to inject this into my family's heritage starting with me as the first generation investor.

Mortgage originators from Hudson Heritage FCU and TD bank were both very good.

I am in the process of completing renovations on a historic home in the San Marcos, TX Heritage district.

Did you try American Heritage - a Credit Union.  

(Comes from our common law heritage)  Typically equity of redemption refers to prior to the sale event and a right of redemption is post sale.  

I repainted my 2 rentals i recently sold with SW agreeable grey, i had never used this color before, but when i was at the paint store i asked what was the most popular color right now and he said agreeable grey was about 70% of his business for house flippers he serves and he had great feedback from the flippers on it, so i gave it a go and it turned out pretty amazing with a bright white trim color and heritage red for the doors..

I really like the idea of 4 plexes, but am not sure how many are around outside of the Heritage Hill area.  

hey @Stanley Kong, I have all my properties in the heritage area where I can be there in a matter of minutes by foot and know the areas intimately.
