It really needs new cabinets, but guests think the kitchen is great because they have a new coat of paint, and already had granite counters. 

I'm in the market rate range - house was built in 2005 so it's good condition, but I don't have upgraded granite countertops,  white cabinets or new LVP flooring.

My house was built in 2005 - I don't have new white cabinets (like almost every upgraded kitchen now) or granite/quartz countertops but the cabinets are an upgrade from 2005, bathrooms are an upgrade from 2005 base model, no LVP floors, has carpet and linoleum (that looks like tile from a distance).

Re-piped the whole property, built a laundry room, expanded the pool deck and added pavers, refenced the property, re-built 2 exterior staircases, re-landscaped, and put in all new cabinets, granite, appliances, LVP flooring, lights, doors, blinds, etc.What was the outcome?

The entire kitchen only cost me $2000 including a set of used black appliances and pre fab granite slabs..

What about with adding granite countertops?
