At this point i am going to see how it all plays out, if the threatened lawsuits come to fruition and as stated earlier, even though my properties are currently excluded from this, i am going to have them tested and abated if need be just because its the right thing to do.

Hopefully once I prove myself and grow my network other options such as partnerships will start to come to fruition.

While nothing has came to fruition yet, I'm hopeful that it's coming soon.

On top of that tenants say a lot of things that do not come to fruition & or get followed up on.

If the deal comes to fruition and you decide to fund it with a different method (aka private funding), so be it.

I listen to their advice and go to biggerpockets and see how to bring it into fruition on my own instead of taking their "courses".

Do they understand what your goals are and do they have a plan to make them come to fruition?

A strong vision and an unwavering dedication to the process has allowed for these amazing opportunities to come to fruition.
