Affiliate programs work if you know enough people who need a product in your sphere of influence.

Hi, I was just wondering if the big brains at Bigger Pockets (Josh and Brandon) have decided to start an affiliate program yet?

They just generated a lead for a lending product and made $250+ from someones affiliate program.

The value add potential - increase rents strategically since they are currently under market value- create additional revenue streams like an affiliate program partnered with a local business that will offer my tenants a service and I'd receive a referral amount- continue to analyze the revenues and expenses to improve NOI (i.e. hire professional property manager)This is not a home run deal, but the goal here is to get started and get my feet wet in investing. 

You may need to check with your state regulator to ask those questions.I know there is a commercial lender that offers an affiliate program to allow Realtors to originate loans, and provides training and a commercial loan website. 

There are several skip tracing companies, but find one with flexible pricing options, excellent customer service, no high cost, long-term memberships, and an affiliate program.
