We’re moving with some debt and a small nest egg.Heres our short list.

You would want either an online job or a nest egg as working for someone here doesn’t pay well at all.

For example, I believe Nest and Ecobee digital thermostats allow you to put a low/high floor on the temperature so tenants can't put it below or above a certain temperature.Finally, your lease should include a clause that says tenants are responsible for repairs if they abuse or neglect the property.

I suggest an Ohio LLC nested within a Wyoming LLC (set up through a registered agent service).

It's great that you enjoy your career—keep pursuing that passion, but building a nest egg in real estate too is a great idea.

$30K would be a massive portion of their nest egg.

There is no need to double nest with Wyoming LLCs; same-state LLCs sometimes offer more protections.
