My former tenants were predictably less than enthused, and they are now threatening legal action -- they claim that because I could not provide them with the appropriate color, the paint is not their responsibility.

But....I'm back to basics and this feels more comfy.Always enthused and excited about the possibilities that RE has to offer.Cheers to all....Truda

Note; my wife thinks im crazy and is less than enthused as of late LOL. 

I'm not saying this is the only answer for every agent, but for me it's crucial and if I didn't do one I would struggle to get enthused about working with buyers.

I came to join bigger pockets at the suggestion of a friend who knew of my aspirations and since I have begun listening to the podcast and reading the UBG I am very enthused about the journey I am embarking here.

but I've eventually narrowed my focus and criteria on small MF buy and hold and trading up to commercial MF as soon as possible.So like I said earlier, take some time and get to know what Jason likes and what gets you enthused and I think it will be easier when you do narrow down your niche and strategy.

@Andrew Syrios we're not an official REIA but more so an enthused group of BiggerPockets members that meets often and hears from great BP podcast guest, like yourself!    

If they aren't enthused about doing the work voluntarily then they've chosen the wrong volunteer project.

So, I am a little less enthused with them.I have been using my time watching more podcasts and have picked up some books to further educate myself.

With prop 19 passing I'm not especially enthused with where California is going for investors that I'd hope be I've sort of given up hope as I'm seeing better returns on my models outside of California.
