Hello BP members. My name is Blaine Wilson and I'm a newbie from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Currently concentrating my efforts on wholesaling, along with the creative marketing techniques involved to find the "off-market" seller. Today I "drove for dollars" in my "area". I chose four neighborhoods to focus on and located 48 potential wholesale deals, eight of which appeared vacant. My next steps is to perform some research on the owners and send out postcards. I have sacrificed sleep the past 3 weeks and have treated my brain as a sponge, trying to soak all this in. Note; my wife thinks im crazy and is less than enthused as of late LOL.

My short sighted goals in real estate investment is to work hard at finding a deal(s), being able to get the property "under contract" and then locating that end buyer to flip it to. My long term goals is to support my family financially through developing a strong RE portfolio. I am also interested in locating a distressed property and rehabbing, if the numbers make sense. I am not afraid of a little sweat equity. I came across the BP nation while researching real estate investment. BP has an incredible endless means to resource(s). I look forward to continued learning at BP and interacting with the BP community. Thank you all for your time.

Respectfully, Blaine.
