With 10 year mortgages if you are truly only $400 in the hole each month you’re probably doing pretty good.

I've read J Scott's Books on flipping and gone through the Youtube rabbit hole but I feel like I'm missing a piece.

So even though our right better get half back then none and or be in the hole like your experiencing.
