I spoke to the manager or whatever he is of Northpoint and he confirmed I was correct and the new manager was incorrect on the dates.When they decided to move out I didn’t know they moved out until I noticed that my smart thermostat in the home was offline and AEP told me there was a disconnect scheduled.

Specifically, I've encountered frustrating connectivity issues, like frequent disconnections and slow updates, especially from my primary bank accounts.

I had a lot of ideas but no clear path to execute them.Limited Skillset: I had some skills and knowledge, but I lacked the confidence and expertise to take them to the next level.Isolation: I often felt isolated and disconnected from a supportive community.

Each step my cash took along the path of my plan was established based on how (strategy used), where (market invested in), and when (cash needed to move onto the next deal (the plan).Each step required a specific amount of added cash exiting the deal as required by the next step, so I did deals that may have a cash profit that someone else wouldn't have done because they were looking at a disconnected result. 

Last cleaning cycle, I had two of my properties with disconnected/damaged vent ducts that essentially vented the dryer into the basement (in one case) or the attic (in the other case).  

Nothing happens when the WiFi disconnects, you just lose connectivity through the app, the passcodes still work.

In the first call they disconnected my old PMS before setting up any of the messaging, notifications to cleaners, or locks before the end of the call.

In my initial research, I'm finding a pretty big disconnect with the deals that Michael implies in the book and what is actually out there. 

Honestly I don't see the disconnect.
