It seems that to go the traditional route and do interest-rate-only construction financing with substantial down payment of private equity seems a lot more troublesome and interest-heavy.Probably the only comparable loan suitable for this property would be Homestyle, although I have to be honest and say I haven’t taken as much of a detailed look as I have with the 203(k).I really appreciate the feedback and would love to get any recommendations, as I am trying to build a 203(k) team (in the Bronx).If anyone has any reservations about sharing information publicly, please feel free to message me privately!
